My Statement of Faith

WHAT I BELIEVE

My faith isn’t separate from my business. It shapes how I do business.

Faith changed the way I see my life, my work, and success itself. I believe God is the source of everything I have and that my role is to steward it faithfully—my gifts, my opportunities, my business, my relationships, and my influence.

These are the beliefs that shape who I am, how I lead, and how I serve the people God has entrusted to me.

I BELIEVE IN ONE GOD.

I BELIEVE SALVATION IS FOUND IN JESUS ALONE.

I BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT.

I BELIEVE THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD.

I BELIEVE WE ARE CALLED TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY.

I BELIEVE FOLLOWING JESUS CHANGES HOW I LIVE.

I BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST.

I believe in one eternally existing God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—Creator and sustainer of all things. He is holy, sovereign, loving, and worthy of our worship, trust, and obedience.

I believe we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ—not by our own goodness, effort, or works. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus paid the penalty for sin and made reconciliation with God possible. Salvation is a gift received through faith in Him.

I believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and actively at work in the world today. He indwells every believer, guides us into truth, convicts us of sin, equips us with spiritual gifts, and transforms us to become more like Christ. The Christian life was never meant to be lived through our own strength, but through His presence and power.

I believe the Bible is divinely inspired, infallible, and authoritative. It is God’s revealed truth and the final authority for what I believe, how I live, and how I conduct my life and business. Scripture isn’t simply something I read for inspiration—it is the standard against which I measure what I believe to be true.

I believe following Jesus should change the way we live. We are called to love God, love people, pursue holiness, walk in integrity, serve others, and use what we’ve been given for His purposes. Faith isn’t simply something I profess—it should be visible in the way I lead, work, give, serve, and treat people.

My faith isn’t confined to Sunday morning. Following Jesus shapes my character, my priorities, my relationships, my decisions, and the way I lead. I won’t always get it right, but my desire is to become more like Christ and to live in a way that reflects Him—in my personal life and in my work.

I believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and willingly gave His life on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and will one day return.

My faith shapes the way I do business.

I don’t believe faith belongs in one compartment of life and business in another. If I believe God is the source of everything I have, then the way I lead, work, serve, earn, give, and make decisions should reflect that.

My business is something I’ve been entrusted to steward, not something I ultimately own or control. That changes how I define success.

I believe everything I have ultimately belongs to God. My gifts, opportunities, resources, influence, and business are things I’ve been entrusted to steward well. That means working with purpose, making wise decisions, developing what I’ve been given, and remembering that success is not simply about what I can accumulate, but what I can do with what has been placed in my hands.

I believe excellence honors God, but perfectionism can become its own form of control. I want to bring my best to the work I’ve been given, prepare well, keep growing, and serve people with excellence—while remembering that I am responsible for my faithfulness, not for controlling every outcome.

I believe how we succeed matters as much as whether we succeed. No opportunity, client, income, or growth is worth compromising my integrity. I want my words and actions to match, my commitments to mean something, and the way I conduct business to reflect the character of Christ, even when doing the right thing costs me something.

I believe success should increase our capacity to contribute, not simply consume. Building a profitable business creates opportunities to employ people, support families, give generously, serve our communities, advance causes that matter, and make a greater impact. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying the fruit of our work, but I want what I build to bless more people than just me.

FAITH + WORKING WITH ME

You don’t have to believe what I believe to work with me.

My clients come from different backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs. I respect that.

I won’t hide my faith to make my coaching more marketable, and I won’t force my faith on you. But you should know that it shapes who I am, how I lead, the questions I ask, and the way I define success.

I believe great businesses can be profitable and principled. I believe leadership is stewardship. I believe people matter more than transactions. And I believe the work we do should ultimately contribute to a life of meaning, purpose, generosity, and impact.

You don’t have to share my faith. But you’ll always know the values behind my work.
