That means developing your capacity to make better decisions, lead people, delegate responsibility, build systems, and focus your time and energy where they matter most.
My job is to help you see what you can’t see from inside your own business—and then help you do something about it.
Because the goal isn’t to build a business that needs more of you. It’s to become the leader who can build a business that depends less on you—and supports more of the life you want.
