I’m an experienced coach and real estate expert. We all know it takes 10,000 hours to achieve mastery in any skill- I’ve far exceeded that number as a real estate coach. I help professionals grow in personal responsibility, goal attainment, and work/life integration. I know what it takes because I was a successful real estate agent. I’ve also coached numerous successful agents and real estate teams. I honed my craft through certification with Tony Robbins and the John Maxwell Team. If you need a no-nonsense partner to get you on the right track, I’m here to help.

Over the course of the program, we’ll go through 6 training modules together over Zoom. Each monthly training session is 90 minutes long, covering the following topics:
- The Psychology of Success
- Time “Management”
- Results through Relationships using DISC
- Goal Setting & Business Planning
- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Custom workshop (based on your needs)
- Online Toolkit- Lifetime access to my personal notes for each training module. This is a repository of information you’ll continue to reference for years to come.
- Zoom recordings- these will be available for the month of training should a team member be unable to attend our scheduled session.
- Two one-on-one calls each month (45 minutes each) with the team leader. There’s an option for additional coaching if you have multiple team leaders.
- Optional monthly group coaching or a discount to join the next Group Breakthrough Mastermind for individual team members.
- FREE DISC assessment for team leader
- Optional DISC assessments for up to 10 team members - $50 each, with a discount for 10+ assessments.
