A bit of my story: I attended college in New Orleans and majored in religious studies. For decades after, I had a successful career in corporate banking. I worked my way to Vice-President.
As a woman in a male-dominated business , I was the highest-performing and lowest-paid VP in the company. I knew this career path wasn’t for me. I had to get out.
I went to my mother looking for guidance and she said, “you’d be a great real estate agent. ”I started my real estate career at Keller Williams in 2006 and quickly learned the tools of the trade. Not long after, I began teaching other agents.
I am a personal and professional development coach. I’m also an avid reader, wife, mom, and beach lover (I live in Daytona Beach, FL).
I’m passionate about helping real estate professionals live their very best lives. It pains me when I see people who don’t step into their potential, which is why I started my business almost a decade ago.

I met other real estate coaches. They talked about rapid growth and business diagnostics. They offered more information. It seemed to me then (and still does now) they were completely missing the need in our industry.
I realized the people I was teaching had the information but not the inspiration.
My real estate business was booming and I took on more teaching and coaching as demand grew. Running both businesses proved to be too much to handle all at once.
Then, in 2012, it all came together. I attended a Tony Robbins event and my life has never been the same. It was then I understood that real estate professionals need coaching to achieve breakthroughs.
They don’t need another boss- they need a champion, partner, ass-kicker, and cheerleader. I understood what I had to do…
…Fast forward a decade and I have done the work to become a holistic coach for real estate professionals. I have 15 years of experience in the real estate business, which is rare in our industry.
