A bit of my story…
I didn’t start out planning to become a coach.
I spent years in corporate banking, working my way into leadership and eventually becoming a Vice President. I learned a lot about business, performance, people, and what happens when success on paper no longer feels like success in real life.
So I made a change.
In 2006, I left banking and entered real estate. Before long, I discovered that what energized me most wasn’t simply building my own business. It was teaching, developing, and helping other people build theirs.
That discovery changed the trajectory of my career.
What began as teaching other real estate professionals eventually became a coaching business—and for more than 15 years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the challenges ambitious business owners face as they grow.
Because at some point, almost every successful business owner discovers the same thing: the business can’t grow beyond the person leading it.
I’m a coach, consultant, teacher, champion, challenger, and sometimes the person who asks the question you really wish I hadn’t asked.
For more than 15 years, I’ve coached ambitious business owners and leaders who are great at what they do, but have discovered that growing a business requires them to grow, too.
My work is about helping you become the leader your business needs next, so you can grow beyond your own capacity without losing sight of what all that success is supposed to be for.

I’ve spent years studying leadership, human behavior, business strategy, personal growth, and what actually creates lasting change. And I’ve learned something important: information alone rarely changes anything.
I don’t believe success should cost you the life you’re working so hard to build.
My faith shapes how I lead, how I serve, how I make decisions, and how I define success. I believe business is a form of stewardship—and that we’re called to pursue excellence, serve people well, and use what we’ve been given to make an impact beyond ourselves.
You don’t have to believe what I believe to work with me. But you should know that my faith will never be something I hide.
My faith isn’t separate from my business.
It shapes how I do business.

Most business owners don’t need more information. They need perspective.
They need someone who can help them step outside the day-to-day, see what they can’t see from inside their own business, challenge the thinking that’s keeping them stuck, and turn insight into action.
That’s how I coach.
I’ll encourage you, champion you, and celebrate the wins, but I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll ask hard questions. Challenge assumptions. Help you identify the habits, beliefs, systems, and leadership gaps getting in the way. Then we’ll build practical strategies you can actually use.
Because growth isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more capable of leading what you’ve already been entrusted to build.
